Drop Towers-E.C. Stoner-1944


Let's face it. A lot of the Golden Age artists were just phoning it in. They didn't really "get" the comics concept or they just weren't trying. One gut who certainly tried was the wonderfully named E.C. Stoner (which would have been a great name for a 60s underground artist!). Stoner was yet another pioneering African-American artist.
