Wings of Death-Frank Giacoia-1952

I've heard rumors that he may not have been the most likable man nor the easiest to work with but to the public at large, Frank Giacoia, seen here in an early penciling gig, was the inker's inker. This was a 1952 St. John story as reprinted in 1954.

Interesting connection with this story, first published in 1952. The same year Daphne Du Maurier published her short story "The Birds" which was used by Alfred Hitchcock as the basis for his 1963 film.
